Behind Frizzano is Ashwin Rodrigues — a chartered accountant who left the boardroom to chase bubbles. In 2011, he launched Rio Fizzy Wine — fun, fresh, and disruptive. That success paved the way for Good Drop Wine Cellars, India’s first winery dedicated to Charmat-method sparkling wines.
